Restricted by historical factors and the existing urban planning space，the old people’s leisure space in the inner city of Beijing is limited. The green space of parks is unbalanced with the distribution of the elderly population，and there are many problems in the construction and management of public leisure parks. There is a contradictions between the urban elderly service facilities and the leisure needs of the elderly society. In order to meet the changing leisure needs of the elderly in the future，Beijing must attach importance to the planning of leisure space and facilities for the elderly，establish a demand-oriented planning mechanism for leisure space and facilities for the elderly，and make every effort to expand community leisure space and fully develop community leisure functions.
