物联网时代,新一代信息技术的发展和应用为传统管理模式带来了颠覆性挑战,企业亟须转变思维观念,建立适应物联网时代的管理模式。本文以海尔集团创世界级物联网生态品牌为案例展开说明。物联网时代,海尔以人单合一模式为依托,建构非线性的链群自组织,推动“由他组织到自组织”“由智能合约到链群合约”“由线性管理到非线性管理”“由制造产品到孵化创业家”转型,并立足时代变化创造性地提出了包括生态圈、生态收入、生态品牌在内的“三生”体系,驱动平台上的小微企业、创客围绕用户需求,开放链接生态资源,打造场景品牌、生态品牌,共创用户美好生活的个性化场景体验。
<<In the era of IoT,the development and application of new generation information technology have brought subversive challenges to the traditional management model. Enterprises need to change the thinking concepts and establish a management model suitable for the new era. This paper takes Haier Group to create a world-class ecosystem brand as a case study. In the era of IoT,Haier promoted the transformation of nonlinear management by Rendanheyi model,and creatively proposed the “3E” model(ecosystem,ecosystem revenue,ecosystem brand)to build the dynamic capabilities of enterprises. In the exploration,Haier has constructed self-adaptive nonlinear network for the IoT era,connecting ecological resources around user needs to create user experience iteration by the creates scenario brand and ecosystem brand.
