Listed manufacturing companies in the Yangtze River Delta are an important force to promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and build world-class industrial clusters. Taking 872 listed companies in 2019 as research objects，this report analyzes the development of listed companies in the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Delta region from the perspectives of general situation，industry structure，innovation，finance and refinancing. Through these studies，readers can perceive the foundation，characteristics and trends of manufacturing industry development in Shanghai，Jiangsu，Zhejiang and Anhui. While analyzing the whole of the Yangtze River Delta，the report pays more attention to analyzing the comparative advantages and development weaknesses of Anhui. Based on these，the report puts forward some suggestions on Anhui’s deep integration into the division of labor and cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta manufacturing industry. The suggestions are expected to provide reference for the government to improve the industrial development environment，optimize resources allocation for market entities and improve the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.
