Based on the theory of technological innovation and entropy weighting method，this report makes an overall study on the innovation capability of listed companies in Anhui and a specific study from the perspective of industry，region and ownership structure. It is concluded that the overall situation of innovation input of listed companies in Anhui is good，the innovation output needs to be improved，the high-tech industry continues to grow，the traditional manufacturing industry still needs to rise，the regional differences are obvious，and the innovation output of private enterprises needs to be improved. Based on these research conclusions，this report puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions，such as increasing the intensity of research and development，accelerating the accumulation of talents，strengthening the patent consciousness of enterprises，strengthening the construction of regional scientific and technological innovation system，integrating innovation resources，and promoting the accelerated integration of traditional industries and scientific and technological innovation. Finally，based on the effect of COVID-19 and the basic policy objectives of “six stabilities” and “six guarantees”，the prospect is put forward.
