Based on the theory of financial management，investment and financing management，this report uses the data of Wind database，multi-angle study the investment and financing structure of listed companies in Anhui，ranks and compares the scale. Through the studies，this report draws some useful conclusion. The total investment and financing level of listed companies in Anhui has been greatly improved，the proportion of outward investment has increased，and the proportion of direct financing has increased to some extent，but still needs to be strengthened. Based on these conclusions，it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions，such as government guiding capital investment direction，cultivating potential listed companies，promoting industry upgrading，creating better policy environment，companies in Anhui increasing outward investment，developing direct financing，and actively carrying out M&As.
