2019年是中华人民共和国成立70周年，也是安徽全面进入长江三角洲区域一体化发展的第一年。面对错综复杂的外部环境以及国内经济下行压力的持续加大，安徽上市企业积极谋求发展，取得了较为优异的成绩。本报告聚焦资本市场改革、制造业转型升级等热门话题，多维度分析评价了安徽上市公司发展质量。研究表明，安徽上市公司持续实现量增质提，但存在的诸多问题还有待破解。本报告从政府层面和企业层面分别提出了有针对性的对策建议，希望能够为政府制定和实施政策、企业改善经营管理提供有益参考，在促进安徽上市公司高质量发展、推动长三角一体化发展等方面发挥积极作用。
<<2019 is the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China （PRC）and the first year for Anhui to join in the integration of Yangtze River Delta. Due to the complex and severe external environment，economic downward pressure continues to increase，but Anhui listed companies took the initiative to develop and have achieved positive results. Focusing on hot topics，such as capital market reform，manufacturing transformation and upgrading and etc.，this report multi-dimensionally analyzes and evaluates of the quality of Anhui listed companies’ development. The results show that Anhui public companies continue to develop，but some problems still need to be solved. In addition，several countermeasures are put forward from the government and the enterprise level，aiming to play an active role in promoting the high-quality development of Anhui listed companies and promoting the integration of Yangtze River Delta.
