四川凉山州是我国贫困程度最深、贫困问题最为复杂的民族贫困地区。在多轮扶贫工作持续推进，特别是精准扶贫战略实施以来，四川凉山州的贫困问题得到极大缓解，彝族贫困同胞生产生活条件产生了翻天覆地的变化，全州小康社会建设取得了突破性进展。在脱贫攻坚的决胜期，四川凉山州仍需应对贫困整体性与帮扶资源精准性、发展能力有限性与增收持续性、致贫原因交互性与帮扶方式单一性、民族文化独特性与脱贫路径现代性的矛盾，通过政策调整与机制创新实现如期稳定脱贫和全面建成小康社会目标。
<<Liangshan Prefecture is one of the most poverty-stricken areas in China. The poverty in Liangshan has been greatly alleviated，and the production and living conditions have been greatly changed since the implementation of the anti-poverty strategy. During the period in the fight against poverty，liangshan still needs to deal with some contradictions through policy adjustment and mechanism innovation.
