The questionnaire of this study was compiled by referring to The Fit-Choice research scale of Walter et al., and adapted according to the nature of science and technology venue education in terms of specific research dimensions and research questions.The occupational motivation scale is divided into two parts: occupational motivation and occupational knowledge. The occupational motivation mainly investigates what factors influence educators when they make career choices, and the practical perception of educators on their jobs. <<
