Sanjieke is an online college to train core talents for the internet industry，which is a head enterprise in the field of “Internet plus Education”. The company was formally established in 2015 and completed the B round of financing in 2019，which has accumulated to over 180 million yuan. Sanjieke originated a methodology named as “RAC Learning Engine” to provide advanced courses and real practice training to individual and corporate customers，which focuses on product manager and Internet operators primarily. In this case，we firstly analyze the development history and introduce the company entirely from its business model，product types，product advantages and effects. Then we investigate problems faced by Sanjieke. Finally，we discuss the potential development opportunities and challenges.
