Enterprises must respond to the requirements of the social environment where their business activities are carried out and take corresponding social responsibilities. Nowadays，education enterprises play an increasingly important role in training talents. Therefore，in the process of high-speed and high-quality development，it is the requirement of the times and society for education enterprises to better undertake social responsibility. Based on the perspective of enterprise stakeholders，this paper studied the social responsibility of educational enterprises. With 112 Chinese educational enterprises selected，we calculated and ranked the total scores of social responsibility through the construction of AHP model. Then we evaluated the level of corporate social responsibility performance and analyzed the influencing factors，and finally put forward some suggestions that promote the educational enterprises to undertake social responsibility and safeguard the interests of stakeholders.
