抗生素是一种典型的药物和个人护理品(PPCPs)污染物。痕量抗生素不仅能够对生物产生直接的生态毒理效应,而且会诱导微生物产生抗药基因,引起抗性基因在环境中的传播和扩散,对环境和人类健康造成严重影响。我国是抗生素生产大国之一,制药废水的不达标排放是环境中抗生素的主要来源之一。本文系统总结我国环境中痕量抗生素赋存现状,探讨膜分离技术在抗生素废水处理中的应用,并对新型复合膜在抗生素废水应用领域进行展望。
<<Antibiotics are a typical contaminant of drugs and pharmaceutical and personal care products(PPCPs). Trace antibiotics can not only have a direct ecotoxicological effect on organisms,but also induce microorganisms to produce drug resistance genes,causing the spread of resistance genes in the environment,which has a serious impact on the environment and human health. Our country is one of the major antibiotic producing countries,and the discharge of pharmaceutical wastewater below standards is one of the main sources of antibiotics in the environment. This report systematically summarized the current status of trace antibiotics in the environment in China,discussed the application of membrane separation technology in antibiotic wastewater,and predicted the application of new composite membranes in antibiotic wastewater treatment.
