    2019年制药废水抗生素、抗性基因与常规污染物协同控制

    摘要

    本文首先提出了抗生素生产废水残留抗生素效价的概念,在此基础上阐述了通过强化水解预处理的方法将废水中抗生素效价消除后再利用生物与物化组合的方法进行常规污染物的去除的思路。消除抗生素效价不仅可以解除抗生素对废水处理微生物的抑制,保障废水生物处理的效果,还可以阻断在废水生物处理过程中抗性基因的产生,确保抗生素、抗性基因和常规污染物的协同控制。最后,本文对未来该类废水处理和环境管理的发展方向提出了展望,以期为制药行业的可持续发展提供技术支持和科学依据。

    Abstract

    Wastewater produced in fermented antibiotic production usually has high-concentration antibiotic residues. The presence of high-concentration antibiotics not only severely inhibits the activity of wastewater treatment microorganisms and affects the effect of wastewater treatment,but also leads to the production of a large number of antibiotics and resistance genes in the biological treatment of wastewater,making wastewater treatment systems an important discharge source of resistance genes to the environment. This report firstly proposed the concept of residual antibiotic titers in wastewater from high-concentration antibiotic production. On this basis,it elaborated the method of intensified hydrolysis pretreatment to eliminate antibiotic titers in wastewater and then combine biological and physicochemical methods to remove conventional pollutants. Eliminating the antibiotic titers of wastewater can not only relieve the inhibition of antibiotics on wastewater treating microorganisms,to ensure the effect of biological treatment of wastewater,but also prevent the production of resistance genes in the process of biological treatment of wastewater,to ensure the synergistic control of antibiotics,resistance genes and conventional pollutants. And it proposed the future development direction of such wastewater treatment and environmental management,with a view to providing technical support and scientific basis for the sustainable development of the pharmaceutical industry.
