制药工业废水水质复杂,处理难度大,且处理技术种类繁多,为制药工业废水处理工艺流程合理确定带来了一定难度。本文首先针对发酵类、提取类、中药类、生物工程类、混装制剂类和化学合成类制药工业生产工艺及排污节点,分析各自车间废水水质特征。其次,以发酵类工业废水治理工程技术规范为依托,本着高浓度及特殊废水车间预处理、再混合统一处理的原则,提出了制药工业废水通用的治理技术路线,并建立了通用的数学模式(P通用),确定了高浓度废水及特殊废水(i)的车间预处理技术路线(Xi),以及不同条件下生化处理工艺流程(Yaj)。最后,给出了通用的治理技术路线(P通用)在部分企业实际应用案例,总结了技术参数、运行效果和处理费用,证实了P通用的合理性与有效性。同时,本文也对几种新技术在制药废水处理新建或改扩建中的应用前景进行了展望。
<<The characteristics of wastewater from the pharmaceutical industry is complex and difficult to be treated. In addition,there are a wide variety of current treatment technologies,which increases the difficulty of rationally determining the pharmaceutical industry wastewater treatment process. In this paper,in view of the different sewage nodes and production processes in the pharmaceutical industry such as fermentation,extraction,traditional Chinese medicine,bioengineering,mixed preparations and chemical synthesis,the characteristics of different types of wastewater in their respective workshops were analyzed firstly. Secondly,based on the technical specifications for the treatment of fermentation industrial wastewater,and the principle that high-concentration and special wastewater should be pretreated in the workshop firstly,and then mixed and treated uniformly,a general treatment technical route for pharmaceutical industry wastewater was proposed. In addition,a general mathematical model(PGeneral)was also established to determine the workshop pretreatment technology route(Xi)for high-concentration wastewater and special wastewater(i),and the biochemical treatment process(Yaj)under different conditions. Finally,the practical application cases of the general treatment technical route(PGeneral)in some enterprises,including the technical parameters,operating performances and costs were summarized,which confirmed the rationality and effectiveness of PGeneral. Meanwhile,the prospects of several novel technologies in the construction or expansion of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment were also put forward.
