群团组织改革是全面深化改革的重要任务。2015年7月,党中央在中华全国总工会开展中央群团机关改革试点。中华全国总工会围绕保持和增强政治性、先进性、群众性这条主线,在组织体制、管理模式、运行机制、活动方式等方面进行了改革。几年来,工会组织的“三性”显著增强,工会工作的制度化、规范化水平持续提高,对职工群众的吸引力、凝聚力、影响力不断提升。2020年,将继续在建机制、强功能、增实效上下功夫。共青团等其他群团组织深入推进群团改革,创新群众工作方式方法,加强基层基础建设,加大服务群众工作力度,使群团组织在党的群众工作中看得见身影、听得到声音、发挥出作用,努力开创党的群团工作新局面。群团组织全面进入“改革时间”,改革风起云涌、次第展开、持续推进。
<<The reform of mass organizations is an important task to deepen the reform in an all-round way. In July 2015,the CPC Central Committee launched a pilot reform of the central mass organizations in the general assembly. In order to maintain and enhance its political,advanced and mass character,the whole Council has carried out reforms in the organizational system,management mode,operation mechanism and mode of activity. In recent years,the “Three Natures” of trade union organizations have been significantly enhanced,the level of systematization and standardization of trade union work has been continuously improved,and the influence of attraction and cohesion on the masses of workers has been continuously enhanced. In 2020,efforts will continue to be made to build mechanisms,strengthen functions and increase effectiveness. Other mass organizations,such as the Communist Youth League,have advanced the reform of mass organizations,innovated the ways and means of mass work,strengthened the basic construction of the grass-roots level,strengthened the efforts to serve the masses,so that the mass organizations can see,hear and play a role in the mass work of the party,and worked hard to create a new situation in the mass work of the party. The mass organizations have entered the “reform time” in an all-round way,and the reform is surging,unfolding and continuously advancing.
