As an important origin of trust，the core value of service trust derives from the trustee’s ability in using the trust system to design the structure and the efficiency and cost of carrying out the administrative tasks. Based on the function and value of service trust，this paper discusses the important role of Fintech in contractual relationship and efficiency cost in the service trust business，and explores the applications of Fintech in specific trust business，such as account management，asset-backed securitization，pension or annuity management.
