本报告从零售质量拉动最终消费从而经济增长、适应城乡居民消费结构升级趋势、助推零售从疫情中复苏的作用,分析了以线上线下融合发展提升零售质量的必要性;通过比较中部六省零售规模、线上线下零售结构、城乡零售结构,梳理了山西零售发展中存在的问题。在此基础上,提出山西线上线下零售深度融合的路径是:奉行零售竞合观念,有序强化线上线下整合优势;应用零售创新技术,精准满足线上线下消费需求;推进零售产业发展,有效降低线上线下零售成本。
<<From the view point of the role of retail quality and consumption structure upgrading for economic growth,especially the importance of recovery from the non-corona virus for retail business,this paper proposes the implication of developing on-line and off-line retail of Shanxi. Based on an analysis of retail scale and structure of Shanxi compared to other five provinces of central China,it discusses the present situation and problems of Shanxi’s retail business. And then three integration policies are provided and they are,strengthening the advantage of integration through cooperation gradually,satisfying the precision demand of consumers by innovative retail technology,improving retail industrialization to decrease the cost of on-line and off-line supply chain effectively.
