随着我国社会经济的快速发展,出现了一系列有关生态环境衰退且污染加剧的问题,这使得经济发展的资源、环境成本过大。在经济转型发展的关键时期,产业与生态和谐发展是解决当下难题的首要条件,即产业向生态化发展,有效减少能源消耗,保证自然、经济、社会的协调统一发展。本报告根据山西11个地级市的相关数据,采用熵值法评价山西产业生态化的情况,结合山西产业发展现状,从能源工业可持续发展、能源产品多元发展以及科技创新高质量转型等方面提出了对策建议。
<<With the rapid development of China’s society and economy,a series of problems related to the decline of the ecological environment and increased pollution have emerged,which has made the costs of resources and environmental for economic development too large. In the critical period of economic transformation and development,the first condition to solve the current problems is the harmonious development of industry and ecology,that is,the ecological development of industry,reducing energy consumption effectively,and ensuring the coordinated and unified development of nature,economy,and society. Based on the relevant data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Shanxi,this article uses the entropy method to evaluate the industrial ecological situation in Shanxi. Based on the current status of industrial development in Shanxi,this paper proposes some suggestions focused on sustainable development of energy industry,diversified development of energy products,and high-quality transformation of technological innovation.
