Shanxi is currently in a critical period of accelerating the transformation and development of the resource-based economy. Accelerating the development of high-tech industry is an important path to support the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure. However，promoting the development of high-tech industry in Shanxi requires a sound financial system to provide funding support. Therefore，on the basis of summarizing the financing situation of high-tech industry in Shanxi，this paper deeply analyzes the financial factors that restrict the development of high-tech industry from the aspects of financing channels，loan mechanism，capital market，venture capital，private capital，etc. Combining with the case analysis of Taigang stainless steel co.，ltd，we put forward corresponding policy suggestions for the restrictive factors，so as to further promote the development of high-tech industry in Shanxi by accelerating financial innovation.
