装备制造业高质量发展是赢得竞争优势的必然选择。随着智能化时代的到来，智能化可以提升装备制造业的产品质量、技术含量、制造效率和企业效益，促进装备制造业实现高质量发展，智能化还是装备制造业有效化解“疫情”负面影响乃至推动“疫后”复苏的重要手段。本报告在对山西装备制造业高质量发展的内涵、意义以及智能化发展存在的问题进行分析的基础上，提出“加强技术创新、推进智能化转型、提升质量和品牌”三条高质量发展路径，并从政府层面提出“注重顶层设计、加强政策扶持、加大要素供给、优化政务服务、加强开放合作”五条推进山西装备制造业高质量发展的政策建议。
<<The high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry is an inevitable choice for the industry to win a competitive advantage. With the advent of the intelligence era，intelligence can improve the product quality，technical content，manufacturing efficiency，and corporate efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry，thereby promoting the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry. Intelligence is also an important means for the equipment manufacturing industry to effectively resolve the negative impact of the “epidemic” and even promote the “post-epidemic” recovery. Based on the analysis of the connotation，significance and the problems of the equipment manufacturing industry’s high-quality development in Shanxi，this report proposes three high-quality development paths from the industry level and five policy recommendations from the government level.
