Xicheng District takes advantages of science popularization resources and constrcts a delicacy management matrix of science popularization based on the joint association of science popularization work and street community. A series of characteristic and pro-people science popularization activities have been carried out with the business expertise of the members of the joint association and the district location advantages. In recent years，Xicheng District has shown great characteristics in science popularization branding，democracy，accuracy and coordination，but there are lower than in interactive science popularization activities and still some larger space in service objects of science popularization. The suggestion is that in the future，the principal part of science popularization service and the forms and means of science popularization content supply should be improved，so as to accelerate the supply-side reform of science popularization services in Xicheng district
