科普工作是提高公民科学素质的重要方式。新兴技术的涌现促进了科普模式的演进与革新。本报告通过阐述区块链技术的特征,详尽分析了区块链技术在科普工作中的应用前景,并结合北京市的科普现状,从优化科普资源配置、科普经费保障、科普工作规划等方面进行了未来展望。最后,归纳了区块链技术在科普工作中可能产生的消极影响,并提出发展“绿色科普区块链”、完善相关法律法规、建立不同分管部门之间协同联动工作机制等对策建议。
<<Science popularization is an important way to improve the scientific quality of citizens. The emergence of emerging technologies has promoted the evolution and innovation of the popular science model. This report explains the characteristics of blockchain technology,analyzes the application prospects of blockchain technology in science popularization in detail,and combines the current situation of science popularization in Beijing to optimize the allocation of science popularization resources,guarantee of funding for scientific popularization,and scientific work planning the future outlook. Finally,the possible negative effects of blockchain technology in the popularization work are summarized,and countermeasures and suggestions such as the development of “green popular science blockchain” and the improvement of relevant laws and regulations are put forward.
