With the increasing innovation of science and technology products and services，Beijing’s popular science industry needs two-way international development and a more open and rich format environment，so that the science and technology industry can continue to extend to the depth and breadth，and maintain sustained and healthy development. This report first analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the bidirectional internationalization development of the science and technology industry，and then examines the current situation of the two-way internationalization of the science and technology industry，and explores the problems existing in the process of “going global” and “bringing in”. Finally，it puts forward some policy suggestions on how to strengthen and optimize the two-way internationalization development of the science and technology industry.
