随着大数据时代的到来,云计算、大数据以及人工智能技术的不断发展和成熟为科普领域的供给侧改革提供了新的有力抓手。大数据时代科普的供需关系发生根本性转变,大数据对传统科普产生巨大冲击,所以利用日益成熟的新技术打造“智能+”科普的新模式,对传统科普进行供给侧改革势在必行。本报告从技术角度分析了“智能+”科普的可行性以及面临的挑战,介绍了北京在“智能+”科普上的先进做法,并将其总结为“点线面体”的“智能+”北京科普供给模式,最后从科普信息平台的建立、科普需求的技术分析以及加强科普人员对新技术的学习等角度提出了建议。
<<With the advent of the era of big data,the continuous development and maturity of cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence technology provide a new powerful starting point for the supply side reform in the field of science popularization. In the era of big data,the supply and demand of science popularization have changed profoundly,which has a huge impact on traditional science popularization. Therefore,it is imperative to reform the supply side of traditional science popularization by using the increasingly mature new technology to carry out the new mode of “intelligent plus” science popularization. This paper first analyzes the feasibility and challenges of “intelligent plus” science popularization from the perspective of technology,then introduces Beijing’s advanced practice in “intelligent plus Science Popularization”,and summarizes it as the Beijing supply mode of “intelligent plus” science popularization of “point,line and surface”,finally,from the establishment of science popularization information platform,the technical analysis of science popularization demand and the enhancement of science popularization personnel’s learning of new technology Some suggestions are put forward.
