本报告围绕北京青少年科技俱乐部（以下简称俱乐部）20年来在青少年科技人才培养方面的探索实践，梳理俱乐部自创建以来的发展历程，深入剖析俱乐部科学教育实践的经验和成果，总结“科研实践”活动模式，进行科研导师团队的理论与实践探索，对比俱乐部科学教育实践与美国STEM教育的异同，得出对我国科学教育改革发展的启示，以期为我国培养科技后备人才的实践和科学教育改革发展提供参考。
