本报告围绕北京青少年科技俱乐部(以下简称俱乐部)20年来在青少年科技人才培养方面的探索实践,梳理俱乐部自创建以来的发展历程,深入剖析俱乐部科学教育实践的经验和成果,总结“科研实践”活动模式,进行科研导师团队的理论与实践探索,对比俱乐部科学教育实践与美国STEM教育的异同,得出对我国科学教育改革发展的启示,以期为我国培养科技后备人才的实践和科学教育改革发展提供参考。
