Since the strategy of sustainable development of rural tourism was put forward，various tourism forms have developed rapidly in many places. To balance the relationship between traditional community and commercial has become a problem that rural communities has to face. As the main organization of community governance，the neighborhood committee plays an important role in the development of rural tourism. Taking the community of X street in Zhujiajiao as a case，this paper analyzes the role and function of neighborhood committee in community governance from four aspects of autonomy，management，service and mobilization，and summarizes relevant experience，hoping to provide practical experience for community governance.
