With the increasing social status of women in urban areas，women not only take an advantage in community construction，but also play an important role in families，neighborhood，community service and help. They are becoming the major force in community construction in urban areas. In the reports from the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，advocacy of enhancing community management and structure to establish a platform for women’s involvement has been proposed. To ensure the participation of women in community management in urban areas and playing better roles，the management should follow the leadership of Communist Party，developing rules to fulfill the needs for women in community management. Therefore women will pay more attention and gradually become the maj or force in community management，contributing their intelligence and power to modernization of national management system.
