The old-age care has increasingly become one of the core issues of social concern，and has become a touchstone to test the level of social governance and social development，which must be viewed with a higher political position. Population aging superimposed urban development transformation is the capital of Beijing’s basic city situation，while affirming that Beijing has achieved great achievements in the endowment system development，we should see that it is still a more problematic area，need more institutional innovation and resource investment. We will continue to improve the level of facilitation for the aged at home，further enhance the level of legalization and standardization of matters related to the aged，and overcome the problems of insufficient market impetus and competitive optimization pressure for pension products（services）.
