With the deep development and different characteristics of the ageing population in Beijing，new requirements and challenges for the supply of old-age care services are put forward constantly in the new era. Based on the analysis of Beijing at present endowment service integration development，this article discusses on the current problems about the elderly community care innovation models. Above all，this article also provides advices as follows：first of all，it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design by the building of the Communist Party；secondly，it turns out to be much more important to promote the sustainable development of the endowment service station，relying on the community elderly home endowment service supply to demand more elderly people；last but not least，as far as the elderly service talents are concerned，this article also improve some suggestions to forward the elderly service staff development.
