This article studies how the rural communities in Yunnan effectively carry out epidemic prevention and control and local emergency management during the current period of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic，and strives to make scientific improvement of rural community emergency management mechanisms and efficient and smooth coordination of collaborative management. It is beneficial to explore，and strive to form a coordinated，emergency，and efficient rural community emergency governance model that is coordinated，accurate and efficient，scientifically commanded，with a well-established mechanism and full participation of the entire population.
