With the acceleration of the social aging process，pension and medical problems have become increasingly prominent. With the acceleration of the aging process of society，the demand for pension and medical care services of the elderly has becoming increasingly strong. In order to meet the health needs of the elderly，improve the health level and quality of life of the elderly，the development of new model “Integrating medical care and pension service” is the main way to solve the problem. The community health care is an important component and service support of the “Integrating medical care and pension service” model，however its imperfect supervision mechanism，shortage of medical equipment and insufficient personnel restrict the rapid progress of the “integrated medical care and pension service” model. This study combines the development status of the “integrated medical care and pension service” model，discusses the development model，main content and existing problems of community health care services，and puts forward some suggestions for further improving the level of community health care services.
