Community epidemic prevention and control is a vital component of the whole society’s task，and it is also the basic guarantee to win this battle. This essay first analyzes the basic connotation and main application of Internet healthcare in China，and discusses the specific role of Internet healthcare in community epidemic prevention and control. Then it points out the problems and shortcomings of Internet medical treatment in the function of community epidemic prevention and control，and proposes to take full advantage of the historical opportunity of it to accelerate the pace of Internet medical treatment optimization to achieve application innovation.
