By combing and analyzing the relevant wage policies of sanitation workers in typical areas，this study sums up the structure and characteristics of the wage distribution of sanitation workers，calculates the basic wage and three-year growth rate of sanitation workers in various areas，and compares the relevant wage data. Based on the analysis of the reform and change of environmental sanitation industry，this study proposes relevant suggestions on how the government can play a supervisory and guiding role to help enterprises make sanitation workers’ wage decisions and establish reasonable growth mechanism，and optimizes the structure of employees in the sanitation industry.
