随着经济社会的不断发展进步,我国城镇单位工资收入水平不断提升、农民工工资不断增加。与此同时,职工工资水平也呈现增长放缓的情况。通过对影响我国职工工资变化趋势的因素进行分析发现,我国职工工资收入增长既存在有利的因素,也面临一些不利的局面。为此,建议从短期和长期两个层面采取相应措施:在短期内稳步推进新冠肺炎疫情下企业复工复产,稳定职工收入来源;持续做好中美贸易摩擦下的政策应对,确保相关出口企业职工工资稳定。在中长期内,持续实施积极的就业政策;持续完善和推进工资宏观调控制度建设;多措并举服务中小微企业更好地发展;加大技能培训力度、提升人力资本;提升农民工等低收入群体保护力度等。
<<With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the wage income of urban employees is constantly improving,and the wage of migrant workers is constantly increasing as well. At the same time,the growth rate of worker’s wage shows a situation of slowing down. Through the analysis of the factors affecting the trend of worker’s wage change in China,it is found that the growth of wage income in China faces favorable factors and some unfavorable situations as well. Therefore,the corresponding measures of long term and short term are proposed,namely in the short term,the production resuming and stabilizing of the worker’s wage should be promoted. In the medium and long term,positive employment policy should be implemented continuously,the institution construction of macro-control tools on wage should be promoted continually,multiple measures to serve the better development of SMEs should be taken,the strength of training on skill should be increased and the human capital should be advanced,the extent of protection migrant workers and other low-income groups should be improved.
