本报告主要对加班工资支付、职工患病或非因工负伤在规定的医疗期内的工资支付、停工停产期间的工资支付、带薪年假应休未休的工资支付等政策进行梳理,对应目前政策执行过程中存在的问题,提出相关政策建议:特殊情况下的工资支付政策初衷应该是保护劳动者的合理工资权益,政策的制定应该考虑双方责任主体的权利和义务,同时考虑不同行业的特点,政策的修订应该随着社会经济形势的变化与时俱进。
<<This report reviews the payment of overtime work,wage payment during the specified medical treatment due to the disease or non-work related injury,wage payment during the shutdown or production suspension,wage payment for unused paid annual leave,and other policies. Some policy suggestions on problems existing in the process of policy implementation are made:the original intention of wage payment policy under special circumstances should be to protect the reasonable wages,rights and interests and rights of laborers;the revision of policy should keep pace with the change in the socio-economic situation;and the rights and obligations of bilateral responsible subjects as well as the characteristics of different industries should be taken into account in the formulation of policy.
