本报告利用宏观统计数据和相关微观调查数据,就2019年最低工资标准调整对企业的影响进行了评估,形成了2019年全国最低工资标准调整的评估结论。评估结果表明,整体上2019年最低工资标准调整对企业可能存在的负面影响得到进一步控制,但对于劳动密集型企业影响较大,并具有地区差异和行业差别。结合评估结果,并结合2020年宏观经济、企业利润、物价水平等相关经济社会指标,提出2020年各地应继续稳慎调整最低工资标准的政策建议。
<<This report evaluates the impact of the 2019 minimum wage adjustment on enterprises. Based on analysis of macro statistical data and micro questionnaire survey results,the conclusions for the adjustment of the minimum wage standard in 2019 have been formed. The evaluation concluded that the possible negative impact of the adjustment of the minimum wage standard on the enterprise as a whole was further controlled in 2019,but it had a greater impact on labor-intensive enterprises,with regional and industry-level differences. Combining the results of the assessment with the forecast trends of relevant economic and social indicators such as macroeconomics,corporate profits,and price in 2020,it is proposed that localities should continue to carefully adjust the minimum wage standards in 2020.
