This report evaluates the impact of the 2019 minimum wage adjustment on enterprises. Based on analysis of macro statistical data and micro questionnaire survey results，the conclusions for the adjustment of the minimum wage standard in 2019 have been formed. The evaluation concluded that the possible negative impact of the adjustment of the minimum wage standard on the enterprise as a whole was further controlled in 2019，but it had a greater impact on labor-intensive enterprises，with regional and industry-level differences. Combining the results of the assessment with the forecast trends of relevant economic and social indicators such as macroeconomics，corporate profits，and price in 2020，it is proposed that localities should continue to carefully adjust the minimum wage standards in 2020.
