The construction of Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a national strategy that General Secretary Xi Jinping planned，deployed and promoted in person. Bao’an District participates into the construction of Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area through its advanced industries as an engine in Shenzhen-Hongkong cooperation，which is an important path in Bao’an’s high-quality development. The paper analyzed the foundation of Bao’an-Hongkong industrial cooperation. The key elements in the industrial cooperation are also listed down. In the final analysis，there are six suggestions proposed to strengthen the synergetic industrial development between Bao’an and Hongkong.
