Professional service industry is the backbone of the modern economic system of Futian District. From 2010 to 2019，the professional services industry continued to grow at a high rate in the whole district with its industrial scale ranking at the first in the city，as well as other outstanding advantages such as legal services，fiscal and taxation services and human resource services. However，the professional service industry in Futian District is also facing problems such as lack of head resources，low level of internationalization and insufficient supply capacity of talents. In the future，the professional service industry in Futian District needs to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure，cultivate and attract talents，and continuously extend to specialization，internationalization and high-end value chain.
