Through the comparison of the related indexes of development quality of manufacturing industry，this report finds that Shenzhen，as one of the best areas of development fundamentals for high-quality manufacturing in China，still has a certain gap compared with the development level of the world manufacturing power. Theoretically the high-quality development of manufacturing industry puts forward higher requirements for structural change and systematic upgrading in line with the actual stage of industry. It is urgent for Shenzhen to strive to improve its manufacturing capacity，and the level of innovation，element guarantee and open development，to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
