随着长三角一体化发展上升为国家战略，长三角正在从传统的“一体两翼”向“黄金三角”发生深度转变。作为沪宁杭“黄金三角”的重要一翼，宁杭生态经济带也将迎来新一轮发展的黄金机遇期。本报告梳理了宁杭生态经济带与长三角一体化的关系，分析了宁杭生态经济带的发展基础与面临的挑战，提出了宁杭生态经济带下一步发展思路，即明确发展定位、加强顶层设计、补齐发展短板、突出项目带动。
<<As the integration of the Yangtze river delta has become a national strategy，the Yangtze River Delta is transforming from the traditional “one body and two wings” to the “Golden Triangle”. As an important wing of the Shanghai-Nanjing-Hangzhou “Golden Triangle”，the Ninghang-Hangzhou Eco-economic Belt will also usher in a golden period of development. This report sorts out the relationship between the Ninghang-Hangzhou Eco-economic Belt and the integration of the Yangtze River Delta，analyzes the development basis and challenges of the Ning-Hang Ecological Economy Belt，and proposes the future development thought of the Ning-Hang Ecological Economy Belt.
