随着技术进步和方式改进，跨境电商、市场采购贸易、外贸综合服务、离岸贸易、融资租赁、平行进口等外贸新业态不断出现。本报告分析了贸易新业态促进开放经济发展的机制，以及广东贸易新业态的发展现状。指出广东贸易新业态发展存在一系列不足：规模体量总体偏小；监管体系尚需理顺；竞争规则仍待优化；扶助体系尚不健全。在对策方面，应丰富业态形式，鼓励新业态新模式的尝试；出台扶助政策，推动贸易新业态做大做强；推广成熟业态，促进新业态的复制和快速扩散；树立引领标杆，促进新业态在广东自由贸易试验区的集聚；规范监管规则，适应新形势新环境、持续创新监管模式。
<<The new format of foreign trade mainly includes cross-border e-commerce，market purchase trade，foreign trade comprehensive service，offshore trade and other forms. The report analyzes the mechanism of new trade formats to promote the development of open economy. There are a series of shortcomings in the development of the new trade format in Guangdong Province. The report puts forward some countermeasures to protect the development of new formats of trade.
