Based on the development policy of national and provincial real estate and macroeconomic conditions of Yulin City and Shaanxi Province，this report analyzes the current developing characteristics，problems and causes of the Yulin’s real estate industry from the fourth quarter of 2018 to the first three quarters of 2019 in terms of market operations，investment conditions，and house price fluctuations，and predicts the development trend of Yulin’s real estate industry in 2020. Finally some countermeasures are put forwards.
