This report analyzes the development of real estate industry in Yan’an city from 2018 to 2019 and forecasts its future development trend in 2020. Under the background of the continuous acceleration of the construction of Yan’an new area，all indicators of Yan’an real estate maintain a high growth rate in 2019. Firstly，at the end of October 2019，the investment amount of residential real estate in Yan’an City has finished 13.871 billion yuan in the development of commercial housing，an increase of 30.5% year-on-year；Secondly，other indicators such as the area of housing construction and completion has been turned negative，showing a positive and continuous increase，with a significant increase；Thirdly，the sales of commercial housing has increased by 51.9% year-on-year，and the real estate market shows a boom trend of both supply and demand. Finally，It is predicted that the supply-demand relationship of Yan’an real estate market will tend to a new balance in 2020，and the price of commercial housing still has certain rising space.
