Real estate industry has become one of pillar industries of the national economy. Based on information about the economic environment，industrial structure，population scale and consumption level of the Hanzhong city，this paper carries out an analysis on the current situation and the prospect of the Hanzhong real estate industry in the light of scientific development concept，giving full consideration to the impact of accelerated urbanization and housing commercialization reform.
