This report analyzes the current development situation of the real estate market in Yangling demonstration area in recent years and predicts its future development trend in order to provide decision-making basis for the healthy and stable development of the real estate market in the demonstration area. The analysis shows that the economic and resident income of Yangling demonstration area increases steadily while the growth rate slows down. In this context，the real estate price experienced a relatively large fluctuation from 2018 to 2019，with the price rising from 3，783 yuan per square meter in October 2018 to 5，680 yuan per square meter in November 2019. In recent years，the construction area of commercial housing is higher than the completed area；The area of real estate sales showed an increasing trend，among which the area of real estate sales in the 11 months of 2019 increased by 22.5% compared with the previous year. On the basis of accumulating a great deal of experience，the process of off-site loan for affordable housing and housing accumulation fund is progressing steadily.
