本文分析了宝鸡市2018～2019年的房地产发展状况，在房地产运营方面，对房地产开发企业、固定资产与房地产开发投资、商品房施工面积、商品房竣工面积、商品房销售面积这五个方面进行了分析；在房地产市场发展方面，对商品房供销情况、购房群体、商品房用途这三个方面进行了分析；此外还对宝鸡市的保障性住房、住房公积金异地贷款状况进行了阐述。最后，基于宝鸡市2018～2019年房地产的发展状况对2019～2020年的房地产业发展做出展望。
<<This paper analyzes the real estate development in Baoji from 2018 to 2019. In terms of real estate operation，it analyzes the real estate enterprises，fixed assets and real estate development investment，construction area of commercial housing，completion area of commercial housing and sales area of commercial housing. In terms of the development of the real estate market，this paper analyzes the supply and marketing situation commercial housing，the purchasing group and the use of commercial housing. In addition，it also expatiates on the loan situation of indemnificatory housing and housing accumulation fund. Finally，based on the real estate development status of Baoji from 2018 to 2019，the paper makes a prospect for the real estate development of Baoji from 2019 to 2020.
