This article first systematically analyzes the development situation，investment situation，and sales situation of the real estate industry in Weinan city from 2018 to 2019，and the impact of the real estate industry on the economic development of Weinan city. Using supply and demand theory to analyze the development trend of the real estate industry in Weinan city，the article analysis the major problems existed in the real estate industry in the aspects of funding sources，construction of affordable housing，and regional differences. Finally，it proposes corresponding countermeasures and forecasts the development trend of the real estate industry in Weinan City.
