With the continuous deepening of the real estate supply-side reform in Xi’an，the real estate industry has maintained a steady and rapid development，and at the same time，it has also driven the relevant consumer subject，market structure，management mode and industrial chain to change profoundly. Based on the investment environment，supply and demand structure and current development status of Xi’an real estate industry in 2018，this paper analyzes their influences on Xi’an Economy，and forecasts the development demand trend of real estate market in 2019.
