With the vigorous promotion and development of green buildings in recent years，China has ushered in the stage of comprehensive promotion and development of green buildings. The development goal of the new period defines the improved connotation and requirements of green buildings，and also brings broader prospects and challenges for the implementation and promotion of green buildings. In recent years，Shaanxi province has actively promoted the planning，design and project construction of green buildings，forming a situation of coordinated promotion and scale development of single buildings，residential areas and ecological urban areas. However，the application of specific green building technologies still needs to be improved. Based on the development and transformation of green building，this paper systematically expounds the new development of green building evaluation in Shaanxi province，and the practice and application of green building technologies in real estate development in Shaanxi.
