The main business revenue and operating profit in 2018 are lower than the previous year. Vanke as the representative of the first-line brand real estate enterprises performed strongly，leading the real estate market in Xi’an. Under the influence of factors such as increasing urbanization rates，deepening aging，and changes in family size caused by the “second-child policy”，new requirements have been put on the types and quality of products developed by real estate development enterprises.
