From 2018 to 2019，the general trend of the price of commercial housing in Shaanxi Province shows a steady rise but a decline. The main reasons include the government’s regulation and control policies，the enhancement of real estate market demand and the increase of construction cost. In order to make the real estate market in Shaanxi Province develop healthily，it is suggested to improve the housing security system，strengthen the expectation management，and reasonably guide the expectation of buyers.
